About the Workshop
The Design & Technical Development Workshops (DTDWS) are pivotal initiatives under the National Handicrafts Development Programme (NHDP). These workshops are designed to uplift the traditional Sozni Pashmina craft by providing artisans with modern design inputs, technical training, and innovation skills, while preserving the rich heritage of Kashmiri hand embroidery.
What Matters ?
These workshops are not just skill sessions—they are platforms for transformation, empowering artisans to sustain their heritage crafts while adapting to evolving market demands.
