Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert contact/email].
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/labels intact.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used or damaged items not due to our fault
- Items returned beyond the return window
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
